Of course, his appointments of Sessions, Barr, etc were AWFUL. Relying on old, washed up Rudy and being too hands off and detached from day to day operations were horrible decisions. More leading and less tweeting would have been nice.
In retrospect, Trump's nature was too trusting of those put in place to work for him and to help him. In business you can fire someone and replace them almost immediately. Yet in political life it is almost impossible to function that way. And he was betrayed, let's be honest, by the elites of the very political party he revitalized.
