Contact your credit credit card company or your bank and dispute the charges on your card. All it takes is a few minutes of your time. Even if you ultimately don't win the dispute the RNC still have to respond to the dispute to keep the funds and that cost them time and money. And if they don't respond and the clock runs out you get your donation back.
