SHE COULD HAVE STOPPED PA FROM CHEATING BEFORE IT HAPPENED! SHE CHOSE TO ABSTAIN! FUCKING TRAITOR!

TrumpTrainNov3 1 point ago +2 / -1

She has 7 kids & a beautiful family that lefties and the DS hate. That makes her an easy target for threats.

I have no doubt all 5 conservative justices were threatened not to take the cases. Only the 2 old tomers stood up, cuz they've been there for a while.

They don't fear the right anymore.

It's all reduced to a bunch of dudes in robes and lightsabers meditating in the swamp and levitating rocks.

Thomas and Alito could have done a bunch more. At least release a statement that their colleagues were shit traitors that are ignoring the Constitution and that Texas had good standing.

They all watched as obvious lies and theatre was pumped 24/7 to destroy Kavanagh and prevent him taking position. They knew the history when they did the same to Thomas and to a lesser degree to ACB and Gorsich.

For some of the most intelligent people in the world to be so heavily influenced by media manipulation, fear and basic psychology which makes them feel stronger and in control by not being labelled "Trump Puppets" is shocking to me.

The puppets thing is a shaming tactic that was always going to be used by the Dem media and they fell for it, thinking they were being independent when they were falling for that psychology trap hook, line and sinker.

Plus this Bible lady sided with CA's church attendance restrictions. First amendment test = failed. "Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"

Need to understand both sides before condemning what we believed are some of the best justices in a generation. After reading Mike Lindell's account of Rudy's disorganized legal team I realized there may be legitimate reasons for refusing to hear his case.

Can you point me in the direction of this account?

I read a similar account by Patrick Byrne, but found it hard to believe.

I never heard that before. Can you point me to it?

How DJT Lost the White House, Chapter 1: All the President’s Teams (11/3 – 12/17)

https://www.deepcapture.com/2021/01/november-3-december-23-all-the-presidents-teams/

Byrne basically says Rudy and team were very disorganized and out of their league; he also says Rudy was drinking more often than he wasn't. This is just Patrick's account, but it rings credible to me, especially when factored in with the rest of what he has been saying since 11/3.

Other "chapters:"

The same Patrick Byrn who claims he bribed clinton on behalf of the fbi?

2
TrumpTrainNov3 2 points ago +2 / -0

I had concerns about Rudy for all of Nov & Dec. I watched Rudy on Bannon's show everytime and it was difficult to watch. He seemed very disorganized, although he knew his facts without looking at notes too often.

But he just didn't make a convincing case to me that would win in court - even on Bannon's show. I don't know what his strategy was and I'm not here to rip him a new one...

But now compare him to David Schoen & Michael Van Der Veen, who absolutely obliterated those pathetic Democrat lawyers. Both trial lawyers, right? And Rudy was a prosecutor?

Perhaps trial lawyers would have made a much better case than just poor Rudy on his own.

A trial/defense lawyer might have made a better argument that Trump suffered "damages" in the election, versus trying to prosecute/eliminate fraud...?

Are you saying Rudy’s legal team was trying to present the Texas case? Because that’s the case OP was referring to and only the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, was going to argue this case before the court, which some help from Ted Cruz. That would have been so epic, especially with all the briefs of support from 10-15 other states.

Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch had an opportunity to be courageous and they didn’t. Trump has acknowledged this himself. Their inaction in a direct-jurisdiction Article III case made everything fall on Pence, who was assuredly ready with the shiv.

This is what Civil Wars are made out of, bois. #boog Nothing has happened yet because we still have hope that the Supreme Court uncucks itself for the Lin Wood/Sidney Powell cases that are still outstanding. I say buy ammo and supplies regardless.

No, sorry, I was replying to the comment about Patrick Byrne & Rudy, and referring to the cases Rudy was handling, not the Texas case.

We got fucked last time with that "wise latina" cunt Sotomayor who was shoved down our throats.

I would have preferred the Cuban. A lot of Hispanics lean left but I have yet to meet a Cuban that was not based.

NoFucks2Give 5 points ago +6 / -1

Yeah it is probably cuz of this fucking forum fapping to ACB that Trump decided on the Haitian adopter: Don Jr. lurks at TD and sees the Amy fapfest going on and goes to his dad “Hey dad I think MAGA really wants ACB from what I am seeing. The Cuban lady enthusiasm is tepid at best, cuz she is not as fappable as ACB from what I can tell on TD.win”

Perhelion 3 points ago +3 / -0

Robert Barnes was trying hard to spread the word for Lagoa and no one was listening to him (probably for good reason because he has said some silly stuff, but he was clearly right this time).

The most STUNNING betrayal of all the instituional betrayals was the SCOTUS newbies all falling in line with Roberts the TRAITOR. I will NEVER forget.

Well at least now you doesn’t have to explain anything to that one non biological black child but as far as her Hurd of white biological kids. Well kids mamas got to virtue signal, you’re all white trash.

Another questionable decision by Trump.

giantrabbit1 0 points ago +3 / -3

IMO the onus wasn't on the SCOTUS to correct election fraud, but rather the state legislatures. Article II gives the state legislatures the absolute authority to appoint electors in whichever manner of their choosing. To top it off, 5/6 of swing state legislatures are GOP controlled, WI/MI/AZ have supermajorities (~60%) and 2 of those 6 have a GOP trifecta too (Kemp & Ducey).

Despite all of this, our GOP state legislatures were woefully derelict in their duties and even though Rudy & Jenna went around to every single state legislature and presented evidence, they still chose to send the Pedo Joe electors, when they had the sole and absolute authority under the Constitution to send Trump electors instead.

Don't be angry at Amy or the rest of the SCOTUS - be angry at your state legislatures. SCOTUS can't do anything if those that are empowered under Article II (the legislatures and YOUR elected state representatives) decided to sit on their ass and do nothing.

NecturusMaculosus 2 points ago +2 / -0

State Legislators carry the blame as well. Shockingly derelict in the exercise of their responsibilities. Disgraceful and PERMANENTLY DISQUALIFYING
