Need to understand both sides before condemning what we believed are some of the best justices in a generation. After reading Mike Lindell's account of Rudy's disorganized legal team I realized there may be legitimate reasons for refusing to hear his case.

I had concerns about Rudy for all of Nov & Dec. I watched Rudy on Bannon's show everytime and it was difficult to watch. He seemed very disorganized, although he knew his facts without looking at notes too often.

But he just didn't make a convincing case to me that would win in court - even on Bannon's show. I don't know what his strategy was and I'm not here to rip him a new one...

But now compare him to David Schoen & Michael Van Der Veen, who absolutely obliterated those pathetic Democrat lawyers. Both trial lawyers, right? And Rudy was a prosecutor?

Perhaps trial lawyers would have made a much better case than just poor Rudy on his own.

A trial/defense lawyer might have made a better argument that Trump suffered "damages" in the election, versus trying to prosecute/eliminate fraud...?
