Need to understand both sides before condemning what we believed are some of the best justices in a generation. After reading Mike Lindell's account of Rudy's disorganized legal team I realized there may be legitimate reasons for refusing to hear his case.

Are you saying Rudy’s legal team was trying to present the Texas case? Because that’s the case OP was referring to and only the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, was going to argue this case before the court, which some help from Ted Cruz. That would have been so epic, especially with all the briefs of support from 10-15 other states.

Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch had an opportunity to be courageous and they didn’t. Trump has acknowledged this himself. Their inaction in a direct-jurisdiction Article III case made everything fall on Pence, who was assuredly ready with the shiv.

This is what Civil Wars are made out of, bois. #boog Nothing has happened yet because we still have hope that the Supreme Court uncucks itself for the Lin Wood/Sidney Powell cases that are still outstanding. I say buy ammo and supplies regardless.

No, sorry, I was replying to the comment about Patrick Byrne & Rudy, and referring to the cases Rudy was handling, not the Texas case.
