To just stay in office until they die for no reason. She could have left 15 years ago, still had a long ass political career, still been rich as fuck, known her seat would go to a hand picked liberal, but she still continues to stay in office. Was that something that has been going on throughout US history?
If I was somehow elected to Congress I’d stay for a couple terms (6 years max), get my pension, endorse someone with the same mindset, and be gone. These people stay for 30, 40, 50 years. They have something wrong with them.
As a CPA, one way of catching fraud in an accounting department is to require the accountants take their vacation. Time away from the office means they can't keep up the fraud.
If Feinstein leaves office, she can't prevent them from finding the dead bodies.
