The SCOTUS is scheduled to conference on Friday, 2/19/21, to decide which, if any, of the three cases filed about the election they will agree to hear.

If I understand correctly, it was not to be heard, to decide if they will hear them. (They won't)

If I were a betting man first thing they're going to ask the litigators is "why isn't this case moot?" And Trump's lawyers will say some legal jargon and the justices will probably rule that the presidental election cases are moot and therefore won't rule on the merits.

Yeah this is a serious test of our highest court...they have upheld constitution in some rulings lately....but if I hold my breath I'll be dead.
