Anybody else have the suspicion that China is using Texas as a test run for how a nationwide power grid attack might go?

100% yes, I do. None of this feels organic to me, none of it

What does water boil notice mean

You have to boil tap water if you want to drink it.

Let enough Mexicans and other shitty third-worlders in and it no longer qualifies as an "alert."

Means they don't trust the cleanliness of the water to drink it. You might not have to boil for washing or showering, (CHECK THAT) but for drinking or brushing your teeth, they want you to boil. To kill anything that might be in it. This can often happen when things are not working well. It is a precaution.

My town is under a boil notice, because the power outages affected all three water plants aka they couldn’t filter the water. They finally got them up and running after 24 hours, but we’re still under a boil notice until further notice.

No, stay in Texas and fix it. If we act like illegal immigrants sitting around while our home is ruined and then we go and sit around in a different place we are just as bad as them,

Houston and surrounding areas are also under water boil notice. Additionally, there is a significant drop in the overall water pressure, which causes issues with fire crews trying to tend to fires and refilling water towers.
