Yup. In another city nearby, there are weekly freedom rally's, and at these events pastors from around the city will feed the homeless and less fortunate. What does the city do? issue them $12K fines each week. Not so much for the maskless people that attend the rally's, only $800 fines for them if the police feel like it. It's just the pastors that get targeted and hit hard.
