Hmmm. So

  1. Biden's EO on day one raises Natural Gas prices

  2. Power companies don't wanna pay so they turn off the power

  3. Millions without power, probably some people-sicles to be found

  4. Now they're running out of water due to Water companies running out of power

I guess the Supreme Court was wrong about "no standing" after all.

The fact alone that a state will be subject to the presidency of the winner gives the state standing.
