Donald Trump and the Coronavirus Task force held an update briefing today, in which Trump had some fiery exchanges with reporters. He angrily defended his handling of the virus, and promoted the drug hydroxychloroquine as a prophylactic. This claim was then refuted later by Dr. Fauci.

A meta-analysis of 105,040 cases from 20 studies in 9 countries found a reduction in mortality by up to three times in groups treated early with Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin.
