My state uses dominion machines. If no change is made before the next election, I don't plan to vote. Here is my solution: 1) Allow voters to vote early, or on the date of the election. Each voter must show a valid state ID with a signature verification immediately from voter rolls. 2) Paper ballots will be used which contain an embeded code to verify its validity similar to currency. 3) The voter must sign the ballot, and place the ballot in an official lock box. 4) Counting votes would be done by a scanner designed using the Pulitzer method. 4) Ballots must be preserved for 10 years for future verification if necessary. 5) Absentee ballots may be used only after being requested by an eligible voter, and must be signed and mailed in. They will also be scanned with the same machine counting process. Let me know what y’all think.

A simple way to avoid the Dominion Machines all together is simply to have PRECINCT MANAGERS just report totals to the State on simple PUBLIC spread sheet. Something online.
No reason what so ever to 'send data' overseas - or to use black box systems.
Paper ballots can be quickly re-counted or audited by different machines to spot check vote tallies. Most Precincts have only 2,000 or less voters. THIS IS NOT HARD TO COUNT.
The only real PROBLEM WE HAVE IS "FAKE BALLOTS"
Vans showing up at 4AM with boxes and boxes of paper ballots that have NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY.... When you toss in 400,000 'FAKE BALLOTS' - anything can happen.
So Voting 'IN PERSON' with PAPER BALLOTS - and recording such voter has voted instantly would stop Mail In Scams.
