It’s confusing because the effects of pretty much any illness is worse in the elderly, but the vaccines themselves are provoking a systemic immune response only, so the stronger tryout immune system the stronger will be the symptoms of this immune response (fever, aching, soreness, fatigue).

The side effects are basically covid lite but they only last 3 days max with day 2 being the worst. Effects are worse if you're older obviously.

I had covid and it lasted 3 days. Though the loss of smell/taste lasted several weeks.
The actual covid is much worse. Vaccines prevent symptoms so I never had such loss of smell/taste.
