Actually no, the effects of this and most immune-system-provoking vaccines are worse in the younger and healthier.
It’s confusing because the effects of pretty much any illness is worse in the elderly, but the vaccines themselves are provoking a systemic immune response only, so the stronger tryout immune system the stronger will be the symptoms of this immune response (fever, aching, soreness, fatigue).

The side effects are basically covid lite but they only last 3 days max with day 2 being the worst. Effects are worse if you're older obviously.
