I say we pay reparations, but making Americans who's ancestors had nothing to do with slavery (plenty if not most whites) pay taxes for that wouldn't be fair. Since black people "built this country", I say we leverage how built this country is as a way to pay reparations. This builted-ness attracts tons of immigration and trade. Lets levy fees for immigration and tariffs to pay the repreparations. Let's give away federal lands as reparations, too, and make them profitable by allowing industry to actually expand. New cities, New refineries, New cement factories, new nuclear power plants, with black people being majority landowners so they can draw hefty rents/profits.
