Might be time to take a DNA test to find out if I'm 1% black or is there a cutoff point for what percentage African you need to be? Maybe if I have Neanderthal DNA I can get reparations for that too? DNA test probably not even necessary can just say I identify as an African American and anyone who disagrees is a racist bigot.
