If the whole country collapses, how would they be able to keep their homes, salary, and armed guards? Armed guards gotta get paid, and how do you pay them if currency no longer has value? How would they receive a salary if the government has no money to pay them? And what good does a home do if they have no clean water and no electricity?

I agree they don’t give a fuck, but they’d be signing their own death warrants.
