( No I am not gonna wash my backpack several times a week, thanks ).
You know, because plastic bags are "non-reusable" - yes, the plastic bags I used to re-use to throw my garbage away are "non-reusable" according to Super Genius Andrew Cuomo.
So now I have to buy the same plastic bags to put my garbage in.
I just found out that they won't bag your groceries in California if you bring your own bag, but will do so if you use one of their paper or plastic bags.
