The fact that you have to resort to "God is unknowable" proves your inability to refute my argument. What would the point of the Bible be if God did not want us to be able to understand him, at least to a certain degree?

Again, where are you getting that Mormons believe in "many gods"? Clearly that statement is refuted by their own doctrine. If anything, the Christian denomination that is closest to polytheistic is Catholicism (i.e. praying to saints). Trinitarianism in general is also close to polytheism, comparable to Hindu beliefs about the different incarnations of Vishnu.
