The problem is that Most Hispanics in America come from Mexico and recent Mexican immigrants are non-European immigrants.
There are three racial groups; mongoloid, negroid, and Caucasus. Some hispanics are a mix of mongoloid (native american) and caucus (Spaniard), while others are almost entirely still of mongoloid descent.
Hispanic is not a race, it is based on speaking Spanish and other cultural things related to Spanish customs.
