My personal experience: I've never seen those types of comments. And you do have a point about Hispanics. We come in all colors. Hispanic is not a race. My niece got a scholarship for Hispanics. When they finally interviewed her, they were shocked by the blonde hair and blue eyes. I think they were hoping for a brown one.
