Texas has seen no help from fema or red cross. Not one fucking ounce of help. We are Freezing, We have No Water, No Power, No Internet. Grocery Stores are empty, cant find anything.

Of course not, idiots are in every state. The difference is, even those without one and have no access to one generally don't sit around saying "oh poor me". They just wait it out. Hell, before I got a generator I once went without power for 9 days had power for 1 day and then it was out for another 3, it sucks being cold but that's what extra layers and blankets are for.
