Texas has seen no help from fema or red cross. Not one fucking ounce of help. We are Freezing, We have No Water, No Power, No Internet. Grocery Stores are empty, cant find anything.

But if you read story it seems like they are more worried about vaccine spots. This is now going on 5 days and they are talking of sending food and water and supplies and Generators... Wtf where the hell has all this shit been... Still Have Not Seen Anything.
What can they really do tho? I think they should subsidize energy prices for heating during times like this myself. But I remember the power going out in half of LA county like ten years ago. There was no FEMA. The locals managed the problem. Socal Edison, Henkels& McCoy PGE that's when they earn those huge paychecks.
I don’t think the government should help at all with power restoration or subsidizing energy costs. I meant for the people who can’t get water, food, or are freezing to death. That humanitarian aspect is like any other natural disaster. Many people experience 1-2week outages every decade or so but if they’re is an issue getting water and food, the utilities can only do so much. And yes - getting power to water plants and sewer lift stations and such are the top priority.
