Rochester was not the liberal hellhole it is now when I was there. I played football at RCC for a year and lived in the apartments now known as "The Quarters". There's a sidewalk that connect the two which is where my ears got frostbitten from the wind during the walk home after a cold front rolled in while I was in class. It was -20 with -40 wind chills that week. Believe me, I'll never forget it.

Also, Rochester wasn't like that when I was there in '94-'95. Half the football team lived in those apartments at the time. I played under Coach Kereakos during his last year as head coach, where we went 7-2 and won the '95 RC Cola Bowl 26-24. We didn't even have our own football field, just a practice field. We used one of the local HS fields for home games. Who'd you play for? Or is that more bullshit too?
BTW, show me one single post where I demand any help for anyone in Texas... you can't. My posts are simply trying to inform people of the situation down here, I haven't asked anyone for help. As a matter of fact, I was prepared. It is because I lived in Minnesota that I know how to survive the cold. I turned my water off at the source so my pipes never froze. I have plenty of food, water, and back-up power and heat sources, just for shit like this. I haven't even gotten close to using all my preps. I've been helping out neighbors who weren't prepared though, because you can't count on government.
