A president is the commander-in-chief of U.S. armed forces. Plus, it's an elected office, entitling Trump to be buried there if he so wishes.

If they're trying to portray him as dishonorably "discharged," that's transparent partisanship and arbitrary, anyway. There's no magical "stain" from being impeached more than once, just because their buddy, Bill, was impeached once.
