GOP H and S both passed full repeal bills 10 times in 2015-16 yet never even voted on that same bill from 2017-18 because they really do love obamacare too.

You need 60 votes to do full repeal as it is subject to filibuster, just like the passage of the original bill was. Since they only had 51R back in 2017 iirc, they did one Reconciliation bill on 0bamacare skinny repeal (FY 17) which failed, and then the second one for Tax Cuts (FY 18) which passed.
The so-called "skinny repeal" vs. full repeal argument. I'll leave that powerhouse discussion to you winners to discuss. It certainly seemed to work out well the whole "let's wait until we have a full repeal" idea.
Some care, some don't. I'm not saying the failure falls solely on McCain. I'm saying it was a mixed bag and if you want to blame one person specifically, John McCain is your guy. He could've voted for the skinny repeal but he didn't and he grandstanded about it as well. So I'm blaming the guy who fumbles at the goal line even if yes it shouldn't technically have been that close.
I donate to candidates I believe in and its a short list. Zero of them are RINOs or have really done anything against the agenda such as the McCains, Romneys, Flakes and Kinzingers of the world. How are you helping out exactly?
"All the RINOs" is an overstatement. It was Senator John McCain who torpedoed the repeal. His vote alone tanked it the repeal and replace bill.
