Laws cannot target a single person. This is so unconstitutional

We just sit and take it. All the time.

We elected him the first time and gave him the most legal votes ever cast for a Presidential candidate in American history the second time....

We did exactly what we were supposed to do....

12
MotherOf13Furbabies 12 points ago +12 / -0

WE don't. The pansy assed penisheads, like Sasse, pile ON while other feeble penile projections like McChao leave their balls in "mommy's" purse and agree with OUR sworn and self-declared enemies! I wear MAGA gear or Fuck ByeThen gear, as do my dogs AND my car. IF everyone who is on the side of President Trump and the rule of law would simply follow suit, I think it wouldn't take all that long for those 81 million Biden voters to begin cowering at the support WE have as opposed to their skank asses. WE deserve representatives who actually reflect American values; how sad is it that even knowing how much support President Trump has garnered, these miserable fucking weasels couldn't FIGHT for his agenda.

Trump's first two years the only thing the GOP majority accomplished was tax reform. The establishment republicans are much happier being in the minority where they can tut-tut on cable news and not be responsible for anything.

24
FuckGovernment 24 points ago +25 / -1

I'm not voting for these republicans anymore. Fuck em. Get used to demoKKKrats fucking the country, because the GOP can fuck off for all I care. I'm Tired of cheering for the uniparty.

Bbme19 15 points ago +15 / -0

I know, right? And tax cuts should be closer to the bottom of the list. Trump did everything else they like to take credit for. BULL. SHIT.

Kinda missed out chance lol. It's like saying we should have been harder on germany after WWI so they couldn't have rearmed for WW2. The next time we get a chance will be post apocalyptic.

The problem with World War Two is that the USA fought to expand communism.

They’ve been in charge for a long time.

MotherOf13Furbabies 0 points ago +0 / -0

Actually the Allies were way too harsh with Germany regarding war reparations. The drumbeat to war was equally the fault of England, France and their allied as it was Austria-Hungary's and Germany. The behavior of US politicians for most of the war, making money for their industrial contributors, was a gigantic clue that THEN, as now, 90% of Congress should not be suspected of even WANTING to do their best for America. As for the Germans, they had nothing left to lose. The 12 million Hitler murdered was tragic as fuck.😢. But the "friend" of Roosevelt murdered 2 1/2 times that many Russians and our leaders looked away. The Uniparty is evil and has been for a very long time.

lucifer_fit_deus 25 points ago +25 / -0

Hey they couldn’t just say impeached because that would get Slick Willy banned too.

2 impeachments is double secret probation though.

But you let in Homer Glumplich. Ah-hyuh-hyulk.

12
PrezElectHamsandwich 12 points ago +12 / -0

Cool, let's impeach Clinton again, since apparently it's now allowed to impeach non-presidents for non-crimes.

I'm surprised that is doesn't specify someone who was twice acquitted and has walked in N Korea's DMZ.

Trump isn't named but anyone "twice impeached" would be targeted. Problem with that is: impeachment is the act of bringing charges, regardless of the outcome. This would violate the 5th amendment in that he will be deprived of liberty without due process... you know... found guilty.

65
IronSpector 65 points ago +65 / -0

On further review this actually is prohibited by Article I Section 9.

No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

Because the bill explicitly states

  1. create or display any symbol, monument, or statue commemorating any former President that has been twice impeached by the House of Representatives on or before the date of enactment of this Act

muslimporn 32 points ago +35 / -3

You know what would take a whole lot less cognitive effort than this?

Working out how we can all come together and use our might of numbers to simply run them down.

14
ShitpostHunterD 14 points ago +14 / -0

Run them down.

In minecraft.

Hm.

I like it 👍.

22
BasedTemplar 22 points ago +22 / -0

Good catch, I didn't even think of this.

The Constitution explicitly denies government the ability to criminalize past conduct.

JoeSlidinsNose 19 points ago +19 / -0

Nancy Pelosi: Don't quote the ancient magics to me. I was there when they were written.

13
BurgerChef90 13 points ago +13 / -0

Basically, any law that punishes someone for doing something in the past that wasn't illegal at the time, is a violation of the Constitution.

4
Hshsvsvsvsv 4 points ago +4 / -0

Or after

14
NullifyAndSecede 14 points ago +16 / -2

This would violate the 5th amendment in that he will be deprived of liberty without due process... you know... found guilty.

No it's denying privileges not rights.

It is clearly a Bill of attainder though and that's the better constitutional argument against this.

3
IronSpector 3 points ago +3 / -0

liberty encompasses both rights and privilege's when combined with the "equal application of the law coupon"

Since this isn't an act to pass judgement it isn't a bill of attainder.

12
Alexius_von_Meinong 12 points ago +12 / -0

Do you think due process applies to a fraudulently installed government?

7
IronSpector 7 points ago +7 / -0

At this point its all about obstructing and highlighting any illicit activity. Showing people the contrast between Xiden and Trump, real fascism vs fake label of fascism, would be the big red pill they need. Stop taking the black pills, the late Rush Limbaugh still had hope and was active through Clinton and Obama years

Denial is a helluva drug.

7
SigAR 7 points ago +7 / -0

All due respect but who gives a shit about amendments at this point. You are ruled over by people who are not American citizens that decide everything and have their slave puppets as the figureheads.

They have decided it's time to get rid of the first two

10
lefty295 10 points ago +11 / -1

If we take back congress, we can pass laws naming important buildings after Trump, if this is the precedent they want to set. He'll get a 25 gun salute and a pyramid to be buried in, lol.

Hanging_Chad 7 points ago +7 / -0

Downright hateful too.
