This would violate the 5th amendment in that he will be deprived of liberty without due process... you know... found guilty.

No it's denying privileges not rights.

It is clearly a Bill of attainder though and that's the better constitutional argument against this.

liberty encompasses both rights and privilege's when combined with the "equal application of the law coupon"

Since this isn't an act to pass judgement it isn't a bill of attainder.
