only question I have is: if we are in the midst of a pandemic, and travel in and out of the country is limited, how can he fly his girls to cancun? is that normal? are there tons of people flying off to cancun? I thought travel was restricted in the usa, guess I was misinformed
This has been an infuriating week for Texans. The greatest state in the greatest country in the world has been without power. we have food lines, gas lines, and people sleeping at the neighbor's houses. Our homes are freezing and our lights are out. Like millions of Texans, our family lost heat and power too.
With school canceled for the week, our girls asked to take a trip with friends. Wanting to be a good dad, I flew down with them last night and am flying back this afternoon. My staff and I are in constant communication with state and local leaders to get to the bottom of what happened in Texas. We want our power back, our water on, and our homes warm. My team and I will continue using all our resources to keep Texans informed and safe. ~ ted cruz 2/18/21
Manufactured outrage. Ted did not write those shitty energy policies and he voted against the green mandates the Feds forced energy companies to follow which forced them to use wind or solar as a percentage of their power grid.
If I was in Texas I would hop on a plane because freezing my nuts off is no bueno

No one gives a shit about the pandemic besides media and a few select noisy libs.
if only that were true...

Downvoted for posting his response. 😒
Let's see. I worked hard to get where I am, my house has no power and the state is frozen.
I can either hop on a plane with my family and go to someplace warm, or stay home and freeze my nuts off.
Anyone who has the means and claims they would pick # 2....is full of shit
Also, while your children are freezing, would you deny your little girls asking to go somewhere else? If you had the means, my guess is no.
