White smoke is mostly steam, that's almost a clean coal plant.

Reminds me of my old home town back in the 60's, always had to drive by a large heating plant on my way in, and yellow smoke where pouring out of it's chimneys. Then it went down do the ground right over one of the poor commie block neighborhoods.

Never seize to amaze me how people could actually live there, breathing in that piss smelling smoke every day.
