This is the one mistake I believe the elites/China/globalists are making is not opening public schools. One of the most effective weapon against the indoctrination of our children is home-schooling.
I think the issue of schools opening is one that conservatives should ignore. Get everyone home-schooling and onboard with home-schooling. We should be discussing the complete defunding of public education.
The issue of schools not opening is a double edged sword. School was usually a way for parents to work during the day and be home at night without worrying about what to do about the child (ren) making it viable to have an income. However everyone is out of work, but once everyone opens back up, if the schools aren't open the parents don't have options to work as they must be home with the child(ren).
We'd be better off as a society without prompting more working parents tbh. One income is fine. Less consumption. Higher after tax income due to reduced taxes from savings from defunding public education is good.
Good points. I'm sure there are some good teachers out there that would love to teach in your homes. How do we get our tax money back to pay for it is my question. Are teachers being paid for nothing, I wonder. No thanks to their failing system.
My kids' school is open, no indoctrination here because it's a pretty based district AND my kids hate SJW bullshit.
I agree with you 100%. We already homeschool so I'm biased. But my kids are interesting little people who like to talk about current events without parroting some teachers words back at me. I knew they couldn't go to school when I saw common core had such curriculum gems as "which of the rights in the bill of rights is outdated and why". Not, are any outdated. Which one(s) is outdated. Suck my asshole, dept of education.
I've taught in the public schools. Making these kids be homeschooled would literally destroy our society. The public schools are shit, but at least the kids have somewhere to get a hot meal and socialize with friends for 7 hours while their parents work.
It's literally the opposite. If everyone home schooled, parents would form groups with other parents to bring kids to socialize with. It would actually improve the community and raising of children immensely. Public schools are what are destroying our society.
