Been a restaurant manager my whole life, if you ran out of food in 4 hours you were doing work at a level you never have. Yeah the oven can only go so fast, but they're made to go fast so again if you're out of food in 4 hours it was non-stop and had to of cranked it out.
Especially since there is a high likelihood that these employees are also dealing with no power, heat, or water at their own homes. They probably haven’t slept well in the days leading up to this.

I dislike this post by OP. There's no reason at all to shit on people for working hard, just because SOMEONE SOMEWHERE else might have a harder job.
