My daughter works at Whataburger. There store was one of the few of any restaurants with power because it happened to be in a hospital grid. They were slammed for hours. Every hour was over $1000 which is great. They sold out of everything. Stores aren’t open and if they are the shelves are empty. People can’t cook with no power or gas. Water lines are frozen and bursting. They were without power for 38 hours. They had to sleep in their car next to the restaurant to stay warm. Power is finally on again. It’s been a nightmare.
