There are specific people who are tasked with the administrative responsibility to prepare for emergencies. They should be on the news telling everyone how they fucked up. Abbot should be on the news touting the abilities of their replacements. Paxton should be on the news announcing a criminal probe into how shit got that far without some red flags going up. Everyone else should join hands around the pile of ERCOT heads and tell the Fed gov't to get the fuck out of Texas.
