They’re saying that 10k isn’t enough. How come every conversation never brings in universities? They waste so much money on admin that makes 6 figures and have generous benefit packages. Not to mention credit hours that have nothing to do with your major. I had to take tai chi to fulfill my phys Ed requirement, theater appreciation, a foreign language, art history, and health. I was a CIS Major.
I've been trying to figure out the same thing. I would love for them to forgive student loans for another master's in engineering that I am working on but unfortunately for me I seem to make too much money... so no subsidized loans.... and going to school <half time means very few entities will loan to you, and I'm not sure those loans would be forgiven.

Somebody needs to quickly come up with a way for us all to owe $10k in student loans, in a way that gets that $10k refunded to us as cash.
