NB This idea is not original to me. How about we calculate the average income of West Africans vs contemporary African Americans and if African Americans make more (which they certainly do) then they pay White Americans the difference.

Add in the total expenditure on black welfare.
I'm fine living with people who are working towards the same thing, following the same rules. That seems like a low bar that black Americans are refusing to step over.
