Why does the Biden Action Fund have listings of republican parties giving money? (media.patriots.win)

There is a lot of republician organizations on here. NRA, Michigan Republican Party, Chinese American Republicans,.. the list goes on.

I feel I an not reading this correctly, but i'm looking at a line that says the RNC gave $100000 and it went to Biden For President. Anyone have insight when reading this stuff?

The NRA is one that catches my eye. Biden did mention that he plans to dismantle it, yet they donated money to him.

This is giving me the big think.

this is a big file, excel couldn't open it so use SPSS. Trying to use the data for a school project, but SPSS is giving me a hard time as I'm not really familiar with it. I'm coming to the conclusion that everything is duplicated 34x's. I'm trying to verify some of these numbers with some of the listing on the file. there is a committee:
