I don't get it. POC can buy houses in the suburbs, right?

They even admit POC aren't excluded in the article - but they aren't espousing equality anymore, they want "Equity". The article cites a woman who lives in Nashville but wants to live in Franklin, where the average home price is 550,000. Since she can't afford to live there (and she's black), it's rayyycissss because Nashville is 28% black and Franklin is only 7% black. Their position is that all economic classes should have the opportunity to live in high-end neighborhoods, and they are going to initiate lawsuits to make sure they are "Equitable". It's how the left plans to destroy the suburbs, just like President Trump warned.

So how's that going to work. They'll sue if they want to buy a house in a neighborhood and dictate their price?

They'll sue to get the local government to acquire a chunk of land (probably imminent domain that shit). Then have low income housing built there.
