Well as you know, Rachel Levin is super important and he is only an assistant secretary. Deputy secretary must be super cereal.

this! what could possibly be the burning need for her to unmask the general? how would it even fit her purview? maybe bc obama was circulating 37 copies of the daily briefing, so they felt entitled to the power. or were asked to do it, bc who would suspect them? qui bono?
