That is not the same thing as the court granting the writ application to actually hear the case.

If they intended to hear these cases, they could have taken them up early BEFORE JANUARY 6th. The fact they did not means they intend to dismiss them as "moot" now.

The only, only one that has a change is the PA case brought by Sean Parnell for the house seat -- fraud in those races don't have hard dates for Congress to certify like the presidential race does.

It’s absolutely not moot because trump is not being president right now and he should.
