Morgantown is the liberal hot spot but not a bad town. Plenty to see and do.
The roads suck but again, some areas are better than others.
Love it there and would like to live in WV sometime, however finding work is pretty rough. Finding work in almost every other state was easier for me than WV.

West Virginia is best Virginia. Constitutional carry state, allowed to shoot guns in any state or national park, etc
