John Bel Edwards used Louisiana’s CARES funds to balance the state budget...which he had run into the ground PRIOR to COVID. Consequently, when it came time to extend UE benefits for the people he was keeping out of work with his shutdowns, there was no money left in the UE system. The man ought to be in jail for malfeasance and misappropriation of funds.
