Tell them you will gladly take one of the medications, but they cannot force you to take a vaccine when there are viable medical alternatives available. They can't tell you what type of antidepressant you need to take, or heart medication, or any other type of medication. Bottom line, is the vaccine is not the only effective treatment and those numbers are in the public domain and can't be argued.
If they refuse to allow you to take a medication that is on record as being effective against COVID-19 then tell them you will hold them liable for literally any issue that might develop as a result of the vaccine.
