Well, the health department people may need some positive reinforcement to look the other way..... At work, nobody has a right to know what my health status is. If the HR department does not keep stuff confidential, get them fired. You may loose your job, but your attorney may have a field day and both if you a payday. Never talk to co-workers about health status etc.
