There's a ton of truth to this statement.
Without the myth of asymptomatic spread, the lockdowns would never have been justifiable.
Actually, they still weren't justifiable, but that gave them the excuse they needed. Videos of dozens of Wuhan citizens simultaneously dropping dead in the streets helped too. Funny how that never happened anywhere else......
Remember that time they showed the footage of the ER in Italy and attributed it to NYC?
I, too, remember the footage coming out of Wuhan and the countless bodies in hospitals. I remember the footage of the Chinese woman suffering from extremely labored breathing. I remember seeing Chinese authorities wearing hazmat suits and chambering their pistols before heading into apartment buildings. I remember all these things and yet I haven't seen anything like it since.
