She even chocked down an initial “circle back” before she ran out of hems and haws and had to... you know, the thing.
The thing is, I think half of this is her incompetence, and the other half is who the hell knows who is in charge?
Are there dozens of power circles churning out EOs and policy decisions daily without central thought or plan, and Xiden is just rubber stamping and the press secretary is left talking about things they didn’t exactly coordinate?
