It feels like a dark omen. Like when Rush dies, the country dies with him.
Arguably, Rush outlived the republic—I'm not sure we can say it's truly alive at this point.
The Republic was diagnosed with cancer in 1913. It died in 1963 when Kennedy was assassinated by the deep state overriding the rule of the people. Since then, we've been living in a bastardized perverted corpse of a "republic"
Was it really overrode when Kennedy stole the election.
Yes JFK (really, his father, Joseph P. Kennedy) stole it from Nixon but JFK was pro-peace and wide awake on secret societies, as well as possessing a rare eloquence -- watch any of his speeches on video.
And when Nixon got IN, HE was removed by an FBI coup -- preview of Trump persecution.
So those are some data points to weave in.

The military literally laughed when President Trump gave them orders. The Federal government spent 4 years resisting his policies. People openly said they were ignoring his EO's to thunderous seal clapping. If his Presidency wasn't enough to prove how far gone our country is, you're a lost cause.

I agree. I have been listening this week and have really enjoyed it. I hope they continue doing the highlights. I love the music, I love the show. I love Rush’s voice and his wisdom.
