I'll never be prepared to say goodbye.
SPEZ: And I am glad they are doing this. I was just thinking yesterday what will happen with the show? Rush has touched so many lives and turned so many people toward the light of liberty and critical thinking. He is a national treasure and a wealth of knowledge and insight... why not keep playing his old shows? His voice and ideas are too valuable to be lost in the sands of time.
yep, it's a mistake to cancel the show
they should seat somebody who can host the show with commentary on news interspersed with relevant clips from Rush's archives
That's exactly what I was thinking yesterday. There are three decades of daily political shows. No matter what happens in the future, there will be something he says that applies. And I really, really want that. There is no host out there with wisdom or talent that compares.
I am hoping his people at least archive and categorize all his shows, so I can go find applicable monologues myself.
