China is the biggest polluter on earth.

America is the cleanest nation on earth .. American ingenuity and technology got us to that point.

China is also communist and home to a culture that doesn't believe in intellectual property rights. Give chicoms access to technology and they steal .. shamelessly.

Why would Biden give the chicoms access to anything American?
