My state Arkansas needs to step it up on concealed carry permits. This is such a gun-advocate state it's insane, yet there are some regulations in place that literally nobody wants, besides government.
Concealed carry is legal without a license for anyone that is over 18 who can legally possess a firearm and on “a journey (travel) beyond the county in which the person lives.”
Sounds like you’re allowed permitless carry everywhere except your home county.
